In October 2025, our sabs captured footage of the BSV illegally hunting a fox near Hornblotton, Somerset. Today, Whipper-in Ben Summersgill appeared in court for the first hearing after being charged with hunting a wild mammal with hounds. He pleaded “not guilty” and is therefore due to appear at Taunton Magistrates Court in February 2027.
