Want to do more for wildlife?

Message from Manchester Hunt Sabs

25th May 2025

Hunting still takes place across the UK. Foxes are chased and killed under the false guise of “TrAiL hUnTiNg”, a smokescreen created to make illegal hunting look legitimate. Terriermen still turn up with quads and dogs. Setts are still being blocked. Wildlife is still suffering.

With (hopefully) a proper hunting ban on the horizon, we expect hunts to ramp things up. They know the loopholes are closing, and they’ll be desperate to kill while they still can.

We need more people to get active. If you’ve ever thought about joining sabs, now’s the time. You don’t need experience, just the willingness to learn and the drive to protect wildlife.

Not ready to sab? You can still help.

If you witness hunting, find traps, or suspect animal persecution, report it. Gather video evidence, note locations, and pass it on to us or your local sab group.
