These proceedings have resulted in two convictions arising from the assault of a Shropshire Wildlife Monitor.

Both defendants were fined and now have criminal convictions recorded against them.

This outcome sends a clear message that violence and intimidation directed towards those engaged in lawful wildlife monitoring will have consequences and will be dealt with through the courts.
