Yesterday at Bournemouth Crown Court, Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt member Kieron Fookes pleaded guilty to theft.
This dates back all the way to December 2023, just 2 days before the hunt were filmed killing the Pelsham Farm Fox, and subsequently convicted. The judge was not impressed with his time-wasting to say the least.
Five thugs surrounded the lone female sab on Cannings Court Lane, Pulham, and cowardly Fookes snatched the sab’s radio from behind. As it was from behind, the sab’s bodycam didn’t catch it, but thankfully the morons were all filming themselves and had no qualms handing over the evidence to clear their own names and place the blame squarely on Fookes!
Fooke’s laughable defence was that he hadn’t stolen the radio, and the sab had randomly punched him in the balls (ew) in some sort of weird backwards swing and he was clutching his painful nuts and defending himself, not holding onto the stolen radio!
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay the compensation of the cost of the radio – £30!
In part of the same incident, Charlie Mayo and Kieron Bashford were convicted of Wilful Obstruction of a public highway at Weymouth Magistrates Court on 14th March 2025
