Elijah Boswell, of Smithies Lane, Barnsley, was charged with trespass with intent to search for hares with dogs following an alleged incident on New Year’s Eve of 2023 in Faxfleet, East Yorkshire.
The 38-year-old will appear at Beverley Magistrates’ Court on February 2 for his trial alongside co-accused Shaun Price, 54, of Wakefield.
