‘Sorry the hounds popped into your garden’ says Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt Master Vicky Heal after the entire pack rampaged around in a frenzy, jumping up at windows, and ultimately killing a fox. Terriermen then barge in and grab the body parts without so much as a “by your leave”! The kill is just out of sight behind a fence panel but the sickening noise as it happens is unbearable.
This was the reality of horrified residents in West Camel, Somerset on Monday, and it could happen to ANYONE while the law allows packs of hounds to be let loose in the countryside! Even worse, at the time residents believed one of their beloved cats had been killed. Thankfully the cat returned safely later that night.
We have been told that the BSV have a Community Protection Warning in place following the killing of the Pelsham Farm Fox in December. Without doubt Avon and Somerset Police must at the very least escalate this to a full Community Protection Notice with far stricter conditions.
Four members of the hunt are in Poole Magistrates court in April for a three day trial after drone footage caught them hunting and killing the poor fox. Five other members are also in court next year for public order offences from the 2003/4 hunting season.

The poor wild animals and the human savages that are involved in this are examples of just how decadent and destructive humans can be. Disgraceful and Barbaric. The sick humans involved in this murder of animals should be Locked Up–they are the ones who are a Danger to Society. Any humans who get a kick out of, and promote slaughter of wild animals should be Hanged, or at the very least, in prison.
THE PEOPLE WHO’S GARDEN THIS HAPPENED IN SHOULD SUE THE HUNT FOR A LOT OF MONEY FOR ENTERING AND DAMAGING PRIVATE PROPERTY. WHY IS THIS YET ANOTHER USELESS GOVERNMENT NOT DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THESE EVIL BASTARDS THAT ARE STILL BREAKING THE LAW UNDER THE PRETENCE OF TRAIL HUNTING I WOULD HAVE THOUGH IT WAS EASY ENOUGH TO DO JUST TO BAN “ALL”HUNTING AND SHOOTING AND LONG PRISON SENTENCES FOR ENYBODY BREAKING THE LAW.
