Message from Cheshire Police Rural Crime Unit
A 37-year-old man from Northwich has been summonsed to court following an investigation by Cheshire Constabulary’s Rural Crime Team.
He will appear at South Cheshire Magistrates Court in June to face two counts of hunting a wild mammal with dogs under the Hunting Act 2004.
The charges relate to an incident on 12 November 22 in Chorley Green and an incident in Marbury on 26 November 22.
Cheshire Constabulary and the Crown Prosecution Service would like to remind everyone that criminal proceedings are now live and that the defendant has a right to a fair trial.
It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice ongoing proceedings.

Good to see so many court cases against illegal hunting etc and yes everyone is entitled to a fair trial as long as they are found guilty and put in prison not these ridiculous fines they get or suspended sentences, show these evil bastards they can not get away with breaking the law by MURDERING innocent animals, when the court case comes up this filthy parasite should be charged with MURDER or attempted murder.
