A man has been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog following an incident in Harby, Melton Mowbray.
John Holliday, 54, of Delamere Road, Bromyard, Herefordshire, has been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog and that the hunting was not of a class exempted by Schedule 1 to the Hunting Act 2004.
The charge is in relation to an incident involving a fox in the Harby area on 15 January this year.
Holliday is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates Court on Friday 15 July.
